Organized by the Mom’s House Golf Classic Committee, the golf tournament is part of an important piece to the annual fundraising efforts to raise funds to promote and support Mom’s House childcare and parent programs; to provide state accredited early learning education; and life-changing support to single parents pursuing an education.
“The Golf Classic is a fun and important annual event to support Mom’s House families,” Mom’s House Executive Director, Sara Johns, said. “in its 26 years, it has never been rained out. We are looking to make the most of this rain date. Thanks to the generosity of the many people who make it successful, we are able to make a significant difference in the ability of single parents to access high-quality higher education while their young children receive their own high-quality education.”
LEPCO is the long-time standing “Presenting Sponsor” for the event, continuing their long tradition of partnering with Mom’s House on projects and programs that benefit the community and Mom’s House families.
Last year’s tournament raised nearly $15,000 to ensure educational opportunities for single parents and their young children enrolled at Mom’s House.
